立德大學「培育優質人力促進就業計畫」學生就業100%
99學年度奉教育部核定成立化粧品學院

經濟不景氣，立德助你一臂之力」！這句話是就輔組現在最夯的口號。為配合教育部實施「培育優質人力促進就業計畫」，學校除關心畢業生流向外，更積極爭取與廠商產學合作的機會與人才挹注；學校為提高畢業生就業與廠商媒合率，依據畢業生之專長科系、戶籍所在地及特殊才藝，主動先協助畢業生篩選適合廠商，再根據學生意願投遞履歷及自傳，讓他們能夠主動聯繫與自己工作志向吻合的廠商開心就業。
就業輔導組表示，教育部在「培育優質人力促進就業計畫」中，初次與本校核定 134個名額，方案一推出隨即受到畢業生熱烈響應，並且許多廠商得知消息也積極向學校爭取畢業人才；從5月至9月底止，3個月不到學生與廠商媒合率已近 100%，學校爰向教育部再申請25個名額，瞬間報名仍達滿額，雖然說是新設大學，但學生具就業競爭優勢，校方為此特別感謝全國各大優良企業廠商對學校的熱烈支持，學校說後續還會安排優秀學生至各大企業廠商教學實習的機會。
主任秘書陳泉源表示，本校畢業生在各大企業實習時普遍受到企業主的信賴和肯定，與學校合作的廠商已多達150家，包括永豐餘實業股份有限公司、財團法人奇美醫院、群創光電股份有限公司、台糖長榮酒店、老爺大酒店、白木屋食品股份有限公司、寶雅國際股份有限公司、五王糧食股份有限公司等，基此證明從立德大學畢業的學生絕對具品質保證，且說多數企業普遍認為立德大學的學生在職場上積極的工作態度及發展潛力深受他們印象深刻。
本校對於畢業生的畢業流向和就業表現方面甚為重視，將會持續的與其他企業爭取產學合作的機會，相信學生優異的表現，也能被企業所青睞；另外，本校考量化粧品產業將成為未來的新興產業，將在99學年度創設全國唯一的化粧品學院，期待未來立德的學生能在優質的環境中習得一技之長，以充實就業競爭力，有朝踏上職場時能夠闖開出屬於自己的一片天。

Portman College is affiliated with few colleges at Singapore.This affiliation provides our students with the benefits and advantages their counterparts in Singapore enjoyed over the past decade. Our students are able to complete part of the programme in Singapore and/or its partner universities in Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United States of America.
